Positive Play helps our children develop their skills and grow in confidence in an environment where they feel safe and secure. But it only works if all adults, coaches and parents, play their part. The 6 Principles of Positive Play are designed to help us all do that by setting out the positive behaviour we expect at all matches.
Children have to play their part too. The Positive Play principles are built on respect and fair play and ensure that every child enjoys taking part. Parents should read these through and discuss them with their child.
